Small packages start at $19 for one broken thing or one short piece of work. Days, weeks, months, and years are for everything larger. Fees are in US dollars. Ad spend, hosting, domains, stock, fonts, and plugins are never inside these numbers.
Before a day
For a single fix or a single small deliverable. The price on the card is the whole fee. Paid before the work starts. Usually back within three business days. One check is included: if the original problem is still there, it is done again.

Cadence 01
For a bounded piece of work with a visible end. Paid before the day starts. Unused time does not roll forward. Book at least two days ahead, unless you take Priority Day.

Cadence 02
Five business days of attention, billed at the start of the week. Useful when a launch, a sprint, or a repair needs more than a day and less than a retainer. Hours are a guide. The deliverable in the scope is the agreement.

$450 / week
Weekly · Build

Weekly · Wide
$1,450 / week
Cadence 03
A retainer billed on the first of the month. This is the right shape when search, design, and care need a shared queue instead of a fresh estimate every time. Up to 20% of unused guided hours may move into the next month only, and no further.
Monthly · Keep
$1,050 / month
Monthly · Grow

Monthly · Close

Cadence 04
Twelve months, paid in advance. Quarterly billing is available at an 8% uplift. Hours may move inside the current quarter. Each year includes a planning conversation once a quarter. Compared with paying the matching monthly plan twelve times, the year holds a quieter rate.

House rules
These rules sit above the tier. If a written scope and a rule ever disagree, the scope wins only where it is more specific, and only for that engagement. Ask before you pay if a rule does not fit the work.
Work starts after a written scope: outcome, tasks, cadence, fee, and what is outside. Anything beyond that note is a new estimate, not a silent addition.
Feedback comes from one person. If several people must approve, that person gathers them. Conflicting notes restart the revision round.
Day Note includes one round. Care Week, Maintain, and Studio Day include two. Build Week, Compound, Foundation, and Growth Year include three. Priority Day, Growth Week, Partner, and Atelier Year include reasonable rounds inside the written scope. A new direction is a new task.
Priority Day is answered through the booked day. Other daily plans are answered during that day. Weekly and Maintain plans are answered within one business day. Partner and Atelier Year are answered within four business hours on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday.
The deliverable named in the scope is the agreement. Hours describe capacity. They are not a punch clock, and they are not a promise of unlimited tasks.
Daily and weekly time does not roll over. Monthly plans may carry 20% of unused guided hours into the next month only. Yearly hours may move inside the current quarter, and not into the next.
Daily: cancel 48 hours ahead, or the day is due. Weekly: seven days’ notice. Monthly: fourteen days’ notice; the current paid month is kept. Yearly: thirty days’ notice after the first ninety days. Unused full months after that notice are refunded, minus work already delivered.
Advertising spend, hosting, domains, stock, fonts, plugins, and platform fees are yours. They are paid by you to those vendors. The studio does not mark them up as if they were hours.
No purchased links, no fake reviews, no private blog networks, and no guaranteed ranking or revenue figure. If a tactic would embarrass the business in public, it is not on the menu.
When the invoice for a piece of work is paid in full, you own that deliverable and may host it, edit it, or take it to someone else. Tools and methods stay with the practice. Fonts and stock follow their own licenses.
Unpublished work, numbers, and access stay private. The studio will not show the work in public without your yes. You will not share unpublished drafts as finished.
Monthly and yearly plans may pause once each year for up to thirty days, with seven days’ notice. A rush that displaces the queue can add a Priority Day. The studio inbox is usamashabbir487@gmail.com, plus one shared thread we name in the scope.
Which cadence
If the need is one broken thing, start with a small package. If two longer plans could work, start shorter. A good week can become a month. A month does not have to begin as a year.
Questions
If your question is not here, send it to usamashabbir487@gmail.com. A short letter is enough to start.
Yes, inside the capacity of that plan. Name the mix in the scope so the queue stays honest. Daily plans stay in one discipline, except Priority Day, which may hold two related tasks.
No. Usama Shabbir will not sell a position, a revenue number, or a viral result. The work is structure, relevance, and steady improvement you can read in a report.
Usama Shabbir. The practice is one person. usamashabbir487@gmail.com is the studio inbox.
Use a small package, from $19. Name the page and the problem. A link, a form, a phone layout, a banner, a signature, or a single page of words each have their own fee. There is no minimum retainer.
A banner or an email signature can be a small package. A full logo or a new page usually wants Day Note or Studio Day. A full identity system usually wants a Build Week.
Yes. Quarterly invoices carry an 8% uplift on the yearly fee. Say so in the first letter so the scope uses that figure.
Advertising budgets, hosting, domains, photography of real products unless commissioned, legal review, and any work outside the written scope. Access to your accounts stays yours; the studio does not keep passwords after the engagement ends.
